Procedure
- Fill out this form carefully and describe the fault in detail.
- Your request will be promptly checked by one of our qualified technicians.
- If the repair is possible, you will receive a repair number (RMA number for short) and a delivery bill with further information by e-mail.
- Back up your important data on an external data carrier before shipping.
- Pack the notebook securely for transportation in a suitable box (preferably original box + outer box), write your RMA number clearly visible on the box and stamp the package sufficiently.
- We will keep you informed by e-mail about the arrival of the notebook and the further process.
- Upon receipt of your notebook, one of our experienced technicians will check the damage and you will receive a preliminary cost estimate which you can reject at any time. If the costs are within a cost limit specified by you in advance, we can carry out the repair immediately and without long waiting times for displays in stock.
- The return shipment is usually made in the box you used. If this has been damaged on the way to us or it is not suitable for safe return shipment, you will be informed by us. In such a case, we can offer you special notebook boxes for a small surcharge.
